Pannbiff utan lök -för barnen



Jag vet inte hur det är med era barn, men mina äter inte lök och annat som blir bitar som syns i en biff. För att komma runt problematiken med smaklösa biffar gjorde jag följande som till min stora förvåning var helt galet uppskattat av barnen och mig.

300-400 gr köttfärs

Asparagus and mushroom risotto recipe (svamp & sparris risotto recept)



Sometimes I just take what I have at home and make something good for dinner, this is one of those times.

This recipe serves about 3 people and takes about 30min to do.

2 vegetable broth dices
5 asparagus
6 mushrooms (best with chanterelle)
½ red onion
250gr/8.8 ounces Carnaroli or Avorioris rice

Fetaoströra med min egna touch



Jag var nyligen på Cajsa Wargs Balkong och fick smaka en liten förrätts röra som var gjord på feta ost, basilika och vitlök. Den var sjukt god till salami men är minst lika god till en sallad eller kött. Jag har lagt min egna touch på den för att spic:a till den lite.

Sjukt god, måste smakas!

Till ca 4 pers

1msk senap
1msk tomatpure
2msk ketchup
1msk oxfond
6st soltorkade tomater
1/2 stopr röd lök
4st champinjoner
500gr köttfärs
Svartpeppar
Salt
oregano (!!inte för mycket)
9st basilika löv
1 burk korossade tomater

Meat sauce/blognese variation



Just sharing a variation of my lovely meat sauce i use to make at home. My kids loved it! 🙂

Serves 4

400-500 gram ground beef
1 1/2 clove of garlic
1 normal size yellow onion
1 can crashed tomatoes (370 ml)
10-15 Kalemato olives, Black

I had to try something new; this is it! It’s very very nice and the combination just verbs perfect!

Serves 4

Veal

2 eggs
1-2 dl olive oil
4 slices of eggplant
flour, spread on a plate for dredging
bread crumbs, spread on a plate
4 veal scaloppine, cut from the top round, thinly sliced and pounded

Marinara Sauce



The better tomatoes the better sauce you will get.

Ingredients

1/4 dl of olive oil
2 cloves of garlic sliced in half
1/2 liter  of imported Italian tomatoes (a 500 ml large can)
salt & pepper to taste
3 leaves of basil

To do..

Place garlic and olive oil in large sauce pan.
Turn heat to medium and cook until garlic is soft and lightly browned.
Crush the tomatoes and add with their juices.
