METHOD
- 01Take a large bowl and pour in about 1/2 cup of oil.
- 02Finely chop the garlic, chilli, and parsley into small pieces.
- 03Add all the chopped ingredients to the bowl with the oil and stir well to combine.
- 04Place your desired meat into the marinade for about 1-2 hours, turning it around a few times to ensure even coating.
