METHOD

  1. 01Take a large bowl and pour in about 1/2 cup of oil.
  2. 02Finely chop the garlic, chilli, and parsley into small pieces.
  3. 03Add all the chopped ingredients to the bowl with the oil and stir well to combine.
  4. 04Place your desired meat into the marinade for about 1-2 hours, turning it around a few times to ensure even coating.
