  • Minced meat500 g
  • Black pepper0 to taste

  • Crushed tomatoes1 can
  • Cooking cream1 dl
  • Red wine1 dl

METHOD

  1. 01Finely chop the red onion.
  2. 02Chop the sun-dried tomatoes and mushrooms into suitable pieces.
  3. 03Sauté the minced meat with the chopped onion and mushrooms. Add beef fond, salt, and pepper while frying.
  4. 04Pour in the crushed tomatoes and cooking cream.
  5. 05Season generously with the remaining spices (mustard, tomato paste, ketchup, oregano, basil) and red wine. Stir well to combine.
  6. 06Let the sauce simmer for 30-60 minutes. Add the chopped sun-dried tomatoes approximately 10 minutes before you remove the pot from the heat. Ensure the sauce achieves a good, thick consistency.
