- Red wine1 dl
METHOD
- 01Finely chop the red onion.
- 02Chop the sun-dried tomatoes and mushrooms into suitable pieces.
- 03Sauté the minced meat with the chopped onion and mushrooms. Add beef fond, salt, and pepper while frying.
- 04Pour in the crushed tomatoes and cooking cream.
- 05Season generously with the remaining spices (mustard, tomato paste, ketchup, oregano, basil) and red wine. Stir well to combine.
- 06Let the sauce simmer for 30-60 minutes. Add the chopped sun-dried tomatoes approximately 10 minutes before you remove the pot from the heat. Ensure the sauce achieves a good, thick consistency.
