  • Citroner (för saft)1.5 lemons

  • Färsk koriander eller persilja (hackad)2 tsk

METHOD

  1. 01Place garlic, chickpeas, and 1 tablespoon of water in a blender. Blend for one minute.
  2. 02Add tahini and blend for an additional minute, scraping down the sides after approximately 30-60 seconds to ensure everything is incorporated.
  3. 03Slowly pour in the pressed lemon juice while the blender is running, then gradually add enough water until you achieve your desired loose, creamy consistency.
  4. 04Season generously with sea salt and a pinch of cayenne pepper to taste, and blend one final time to incorporate the seasonings fully.
  5. 05Pour the hummus into a serving bowl and garnish with a generous sprinkle of fresh chopped coriander or parsley before serving.
