A personal take on Tuscan-style oblong meatballs, pan-fried to perfection and finished in a vibrant, zesty lemon sauce. A simple yet incredibly flavorful dish.

METHOD
- 01Peel and finely chop the garlic. Chop the parsley and grate the Parmesan cheese.
- 02In a bowl, combine the ground beef with garlic, parsley, egg, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Let the mixture rest for about 1 hour for the flavors to meld.
- 03Shape the mixture into oblong meatballs (approximately 24 pieces) and lightly roll them in flour, shaking off any excess.
- 04In a large frying pan, cook the meatballs in the butter and olive oil over low heat, covered, for about 30 minutes. Turn them often to ensure even browning.
- 05Finally, squeeze the lemon and pour the juice over the meatballs. Increase the heat. Once the sauce comes to a boil, the meatballs are ready to serve.
